The Coby CT-P8200 is a 2.4 GHz analog cordless phone with built-in 50 duplex channels. The filtered sound system gets considerably less noise than conventional cordless telephones because of a special circuit which delivers the clearest possible reception. With the 50 channel auto scan, you can easily find and lock on to the clearest channel for any call. Ensure greater privacy with the built-in security code with 65,536 combinations that prevents use of your telephone line by another nearby cordless phone. You can also store up to 20 numbers for convenient speed dial.

The Caller ID with call-waiting feature has 40-name-and-number memory. With the big 3-line LCD display you can view name, number, date and time of calls. You can select a preferred language operation in English, Spanish, and French. Other call features include one touch callback from Caller ID list, private and preferred call indicator, voicemail message waiting indicator, and repeat call indicator.

The base station has an in-use/charge indicator and 9V DC input jack for power. The handset features volume control, auto-standby when headset is placed onto base after conversation, out-of-range indicator, built-in 2.5mm jack for headset, last number redial, flash, pause, and tone/pulse switch. The phone is wall or desk-mountable.

This phone was unbelievably inexpensive, but boy is it fantastic. Reception is SO clear and loud (you can turn down the volume if you want), it is very easy to use, it has call waiting, its ring is very loud and clear. Just a really, really great phone. No more Sony phones for me; this is the best.

Great picture, good quality.......2005-02-20

I bought my 17" Viera from Ebay slightly used for our bedroom, to replace our little 14" (CRT) tv. This is a great tv, it is nice and bright, has decent sound (stereo). The list price was 499 and I got it for 250 used. I am very impressed with the picture quality and picture size. I am also able to hook up my laptop and my DVD player to it through the S-video input to watch AVI movies or DVDs. It works great. I cannot comment on the remote control, as I said this was used and did not come with one. I simply bought a programmable control and it works fine. I would recommend this TV to anyone as it works well. Do not plan to use this as a computer monitor however, it is not suitable for that high resolution.

A great solution.......2003-06-05

We have an older Packard Bell which I was able to upgrade to its maximum of 64 MB of memory and Windows 98. It works well in a small office for word processing, etc but without a network card it couldn't share files with the newer machines. This Packard Bell has no PCI or ISA slots, so there was no way to add a regular network card. Fortunately, it has one USB port, so a USB-Ethernet adapter is the perfect solution. This 3Com USB NIC is easy to install: Run the driver software and plug in the NIC. Then, check the usual network settings, and you're in business. Now the computer is networked to the other machines through a LinkSys router, and has high speed internet access, too.

10Mbps, not Windows 2000 compatible........2001-01-28

It's not to say that it won't work, and that it won't work for you, but I think it was a poor product release by 3com, who makes many of the best networking devices out there. The 10Mbps only limits your connectivity option wether or not you NEED the speed or not. For instance, you might have a 100Mbps only hub, or a 10Mbps device might make your 100Mbps segment less efficient. Also, this device is not Windows 2000 compliant which makes it useless in my organization. If you run Windows 98, and are a home user, it will likely work for you, but I think the 10/100 Linksys product is superior and is less expensive.

3COM USB NIC for Win98.......2000-11-18

I received my 3COM USB NIC from Amazon.... and attempted to install it on a Compaq Pentium III running Win2000 and realized that on the 3Com package, it clearly states that the device is "USB for Win98" (a fact not specified on Amazon.com). 3Com's website does not contain drivers to download for W2K, so I am having to return the item. If you are running Windows 2000, be careful. I called 3COM for tech support (a long distance call) but hung up after 5 minutes of hold time.

USB LAN connectivity that makes sense.......2000-03-06

This was my second attempt to get add a USB solution to my LAN, and it was fabulously more successful than the competitor by D-Link. It is the perfect solution for someone wanting to quickly add (and remove) a portable from a larger network, or to add a desktop that's already used all its PCI slots on other kinds of cards.

Installation was entirely easy. The documentation was superb. I was up and running in literally ten minutes.

There are drawbacks to this solution over the traditional internal card solution, however.

First, it's only capable of 10/Base-T connections. This speed is more than enough for almost any possible current use, but down the road a couple of years, this speed might well be insufficient.

Second, unplugging the device accidentally means re-configuring it when you plug it back in. This kind of thing can't happen with an in-the-box PCI card.

These are minor annoyances though, at worst. Overall, this is clearly an excellent, low-cost solution that doesn't waste a valuable PCI slot on a fairly routine matter of connectivity.

This is a good product. It can get scorch easily if you get impaient. Make sure you use a pressing cloth. Over all the colors and design transfered well onto the shirt.

Nice way to make a personalized t-shirt.......2007-06-08

I am making a bunch of t-shirts for my son's birthday. Epson is the first brand I used and Avery is the second brand. I've never done iron-ons before this.

Avery has much brighter colors but it feels more waxy, which I'm not sure will disappear with washing. Epson has duller colors but the less waxy feel is a plus. After washing, it feels even more softer and I don't notice right off that it's an iron-on.

After washing, the Epson image is a little faded, but it's not cracked or anything. I'm sure if we had followed washing instructions, the colors would probably be more nicely preserved, but we are too lazy for that.

My husband wants me to make him a bunch of shirts now, so I'd say he is impressed enough.

Which side is which?.......2007-03-18

A simple identification mark on the ironable side would make this product so much more user friendly. I also have a messed up iron and two wasted transfers. None of these iron-on transfer brands are inexpensive products so I recommend that you cut off a piece of the transfer paper, put a mark on it and practice first with some old fabric to see which side is ironable. I have a bottom printer tray and followed their instructions re: cut corner placed appropriately and that was not the correct side.

Boths sides are blank. I found out the hard way and melted the film on the iron which is now useless.

These transfers blow!.......2006-02-28

I am comparing these transfers to the HP transfers for colored shirts. these require a reverse image and are just not user friendly. after three unsuccessful attempts I just went back to the more expensive HP's. The transfers did not adhere well and would flake off in little chunks even before you tried to wash them.
