I love canon. They don't install chips on the ink carts that flasely report when the tank is empty. So with canon you get to use ALL the ink you paid for.

Basically Good Experience with this printer.......2004-03-06
I purchased this printer about two half years ago from an online
market. It worked for about 2 days, I called Canon and got a replacement and after three cartridge wells exchanges it worked just fine. So, after some tinkering and UPS packages I got mine to work just fine for the next two years. Of course, until last night when my three year spilled a cup of milk into the print bay. I need suggestions for a new printer ;-) Richard

When I first purchased the S450 it worked well. Then about 3 months later, the feeder began feeding 2+ sheets through at the same time. I exchanged that unit with Canon and within 1 month I started have the same problem with an added twist, ink smuge. Take my advice, RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THIS PRINTER ON SALE!!!

The Canon S450 Printer was working great the first time I bought it. But now it still prints but smudges the ink on the paper when you do. I've tried numerous idea's to make it work without smudging the ink. GO WITH A BETTER PRINTER! excuse my language BUT THIS PRINTER ...!

I ordered my printer on the night of the 23rd of June, and received it by July 1st. That was fast, [inexpensive], and in almost perfect condition. Can't tell the difference from a brand new.

I bought the Canon S450 because I wanted a step up from the low-end HP printer that came free with my computer. If you are fed up with HP printers, are looking for something that produces good quality output, and don't want to spend a lot of money, this is the printer for you. I had so many problems with ink trails on the HPs I've owned the last few years that I gave up on the HP brand completely. That is one of the big selling points of this printer. I have used it for almost 6 months months now and not once have I had to clean the print heads, even when it goes a few weeks between uses. CNet has rated this printer one of the lowest in operating costs, mostly due to the fact that you can replace each color cartridge individually. (They don't soak you on the cartridges either - some online auctions have them for as little as $6 apiece). I am very happy with both the black and color quality of this printer. I've used it for documents as well as photos and CD labels, and it does a great job.
For the casual user who wants a decent printer that doesn't require a fortune in upkeep or hours of cleaning just to get a good copy, this is definitely the one.

These controllers are cheap... which is why I bought them. Trust me when I say this, you get what you pay for. They are flimsy, plastic, and do not function properly. The buttons only work somewhat, and the "dual-shock" worked on only one side. Needless to say, I am returning these and opting to pay a bit more for something functional.

This is my second set of wireless controllers for the PS2. This set worked great for about a month, then they would lose their connection to the receiver. New batteries, but no joy. Now they only work intermittantly. These are going to the landfill.

I have been using these controllers for over a year without issue.
Pros:
1. Less costly than other competitive products. (at least where I purchased them)
2. The buttons and joysticks have survived use and abuse better than the original Sony wired controllers.
3. Reasonable operation over distance.
Con:
1. Not always predictable which controller will be "player 1" when activated.
Note: It is worth using good batteries (~2200mAH) as this makes operation over distance better. Also, 2.4GHz is a realtively common frequency for home electronics devices. Too many devices operating at this frequency could complicate use.
Doesn't work.......2006-05-11
Good luck with these wireless controllers. I bought this pair as a gift for a new PS2 gamer, but was dissapointed with it's failure to connect. They do blink very nicely trying to make a connection and I suppose they'd make a nice, if not expensive, holiday ornament. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Caveat emptor. (That's Latin for "keep your receipt.")

It never worked, factory support was non-existant, and that pretty much sums up our experience with Belkin.

This is one great network adapter. I bought this many years ago, and have used it with my Tivo Series two and both have worked flawlessly with my home network. I dont know what I would do without it, and dont know what I will do should it ever give up the ghost! So far so good!

I bought it for the price (it was on sale). I have DSL so the .b speed is plenty. Worked initially when there was not much security. But, the moment you enabled WAP etc, it worked when the PC was on, but lost its settings after a reboot. You have to enter wep keys every time !!! Tech support -- after loooooog waits, flounders around, abliet very politely. After 2-3 calls, they escsalated the levels to "level 3" who was supposed to call back with a solution, but does not. Basically, they will drag / delay etc till you give up & tey do not have to honor the lifetime warranty they advertise. Also, I had XP related problems (as did a few others). I have been working on PCs for 20 yrs, and this is a bust. Avoid if you want security. If you live in the farm and do not care about neighbors, I think it will work provided you do not load the adapter with encryption etc.
DOES work with Mac OS 10.4.......2005-06-11
I have this working just fine right now on my Mac G4 desktop with Tiger. HOWEVER - I downloaded the driver for 10.2 and installed the adapter, and THEN upgraded from 10.2 to 10.4. I know they don't yet have a driver for 10.4 available, but if you can get it to work with a eariler OS then it can work in 10.4

Instructions are useless - they're just a description - I spent over 2 hours with Belkin Customer service and was completely unable to make the thing function.
