After you have enabled your printer and installed the free software, the use of the tray is amazingly simple. Place a disc in the Disc Dabber Tray and slide it into the printer. Print. As this product is unavailable (and I hope it stays that way) this is a moot review. However, the tray DOES NOT WORK in Canon MP series printers. Try their website; it is disabled and I am willing to bet that it will not be enabled anytime soon. They ran their little scam and are done with it. I had to get a refund through Amazon since they do not respond to any emails whatsoever. I am not surprised that Amazon ignored my request to remove this product and this seller from their website; I would be shocked if they responded to any of their customers' requests anymore. Caveat emptor! In the extreme!

You must put the printer into service mode and change it to Europe from USA. Reinstall the drivers ( I had to remove the old ones first) and it indeed works as advertised on the Pixma 4300! 4 out 5 stars for the rough finish.

I followed the instructions for use in my Canon MP780. This product did not work at all.
I got no responses from the emails that I sent to the manufacturer.
