Messy, messy, messy!.......2005-11-10

When I removed the cartridge from its shiny silver packaging, it was thickly covered in black toner ink, which got all over me, my clothing, and my carpet. I had to wipe it down before using it, fearing the thickness of the ink on the toner's exterior would do something to mess up my laser printer. I have to wonder how much ink that I paid for was on the exterior of the cartridge, and how this will affect the longevity of it. I would most likely not use this company again. What unprofessional slobs!

I bought this for my daughter last year for her birthday and the dvd player stopped working after 2 months. I exchanged it for another one and it did better, 6 months before it died completely.

DVD Junk.......2005-07-09

Purchased this TV/DVD combo new. The TV continues to work fine. The DVD player worked for about 3 months [Through the warranty for labor] and will no longer read or play DVD's. Look around the Internet; this seems to be a very common problem with this product. I will never buy another Sylvania [FUNAI] product ever again!

Not Happy in WY.......2005-01-04

I bought this piece of junk at one of the warehouse stores. After a year the DVD headed south. I wouldn't reccomend this unit to anyone.

Television.......2004-07-19

Bought this from a warehouse store about six months and haven't had a lick of problems with it. It's used mainly to watch dvds on. No problems with picture, sound, etc. Satisfied.

Buyer Beware on This Item.......2004-05-27

I purchased this item at one of the Warehouse clubs. The price was good and the set worked fine for the first two months. During this time, I did not use the DVD mode on the set. When getting ready to go on a driving trip, I decided to test the DVD portion of the TV. After putting a DVD in the tray, the player would not function. The TV portion and AUX mode were still functioning correctly, but whenever I tried to play the DVD or even open the tray to get the DVD out, the TV would make a few noises then power off. Luckily this happened within the first three months and I was able to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. I would not buy this product again. I ended up replacing it with a similar Toshiba branded unit and hopefully will have better luck with it.
