I bought this and found that if you like to burn your own CD's to play in it, it has a problem reading the tracks. It sometimes spins up and doesn't play, and it always has a very audible noise on spin up and track find. I usually wake to that sound before the music starts. I AM NOT A LIGHT SLEEPER. This is my second one, and I've basically been using it for the radio wake function for the last few months. Do yourself a favor and find a different product.

I liked this clock radio when we first bought it because of the feature of being able to wake up to a cd. But after less then a year, here I am trying to find a new one. One morning the power came on, but no music, the cd was spinning. None of the buttons would work, power wouldn't shut off so I unplugged it. Tried again the next day, and it completly shut off in the middle of the night. I am very disappointed having loved Magnavox products in the past. Buy only if you want to buy a new one every 10 months.

Stopped working after not even one year. Get a load of the replacement deal that Magnavox offered me: I send in the broken one plus $40 and they send me the new model. $40 is almost 2x what I paid for the original POS! I VOW NEVER TO BUY ANOTHER MAGNAVOX PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. I bought this thing instead of the no-name brand because I thought there was a reputable company behind it. Now, I find out that this company won't stand behind its product beyond 90 days. I'm going to pay up for a Sony Dream Machine.

Poor quality...steer clear.......2005-04-29

This product didn't work on the CD function for the alarm from day one. I mistakenly thought that the alarm was only supposed to work on radio. But after 6 months, the CD function wouldn't work at all. It stops playing and gets stuck at a particular part like the old record players used to. The warranty is only 3 months and Philips refused to replace saying, essentially, that they only warrant that their product will work for 3 months.

Close but disappointing.......2004-10-12

Initially I was thrilled to find a clock radio with a CD player that would wake you gently; it starts at a very low volume and slowly gets louder and louder. I thought it would be perfect for days when either my husband or I needed to get up earlier than the other. I thought this would allow one of us to get up quietly while the other person slept. However, what I found is that after the music has started softly and you want to turn the alarm off, you need to push a buttom that emits a rather loud beep-thus waking the other person.

Impressed.......2005-12-05

For the money, this amp is excellent. It powers well and it doesnt have any issues with reliability. It does exactly what it is made to do, and doesn't crap out on you. I ran it 4 channels to my Infiniti Kappas and it sounds amazing. You, of course, need the right speakers to pull this off. The settings this amp has makes it very easy to tune to your liking. Just make sure when you run the wires to run the power wire away from the audio wires, or you will get excessive amounts of interference. My only gripe is the size of it, even though it is a 4 channel amp, it's pretty damn big.

Horrible amp.......2004-05-10

I had this amp for 2 days, and the whole time during playing the protect light would blink off and on, and then after 20 min it would stay on and shut the amp down. This amp does not put out 100x4 watts it's probably 70x4. I would not recommend this amp for any one who wants high powered highs.

I had trouble using Broadcom NetXtreme (b57xx) with Norton Ghost. And this card fixed the problem. 3com is a standard nic, and the driver often works with "Intel 100 Pro (E100B)" nics too.

This card will not operate under any version of Windows Server, and per 3Com is not supposed to work under Windows XP (though one is working on my XP box). Outdated garbage. Should be tossed out, not sold to unsuspecting buyers.
