How many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.

The Sony MSA64A 64MB Memory Stick Media, like most 64MB cards, will store on average 71 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 53 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 32 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 25 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 20 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.

I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.

This product is back ordered and is not even handled by Amazon. They turn the order over to Office Tech, supposely, a part of Office Depot. Amazon doesn't tell you that they take the cash from your credit card while Office Tech keeps telling you the order is coming sometime in the future. They say you can cancel your order but try to do it. The cancel button doesn't work and when you send an e-mail to cancel, the reply is your order will be ship sometime in the future. Then they tell you, you can return the order for a full refund.

My dad bought this over two years ago to go with his new digital camera and this stick has served us well! It has gone on trips to Disneyworld, to see grandparents, nieces and other family, as well as several other short trips (and I used it in my own mini photo shoot, too). What can I say? We've never had any problems with it, it's always been ready when we needed it. There's lots of space on it, enough for hundreds of small-resolution pictures, and a lot of large-resolution pictures, too. I just can't complain!

This memory Stick is extremelly usefull for me and my family. We have several Sony products(I call ourselves "Sony Freaks"); I can use the same Memory Stick is some of them, like my digital camera or PDA. It is amazing how much data you can record in the MS, and how easy it is to delete in case you need to. I haven't had a problem so far, and honestly none of my friends had either.

To set up the phone, we inserted the battery pack, plugged in the AC power, and connected the RJ-11 telephone line cord. We recommend that you charge the battery overnight before using the phone for the first time.

In our tests of the VT02-9111, we placed the base unit in a typical area, where walls, floors, and obstructions might interfere with signal quality. We made a variety of local and long-distance calls; its connection sounded almost as good as a corded phone's, with only occasional, minor static. We could hear the onset of fuzzy reception when we held the handset about 50 feet from the base. This is the perfect Dormitory phone. I've had it for two years now, it's reliable and works great. The sound is superb, and the battery lasts a very long time, so you can talk for as long as you want. I highly recommend it for HS seniors going off to live in a college dorm. For this great price you get a great product. What more can I say.

Do you enjoy freedom? These phones give you freedom - cord-freedom that is.... The V-tech phones are low cost and very, very stylish. They may be antique analog, but they still provide a very comfortable way of chatting. I have bought two. They are effectively my easiest way of calling my mum in England while lying comfortably in my bed. A little analog hiss from time to time when we are more than 50 yards away from the base, but otherwise we find the signal excellent around the house.

One reason I only gave four stars is that there is no display on the phone. You have to put your own 'aide-memoire' on the phone as there is no provision to see which of the memories has been assigned to whom. This will of course lower the 'chic-ness' of an otherwise excellent looking and performing phone. I suspect that V-Tech are on their way to making themselves the #1 phone in the US. They clearly understand that a well made and well styled phone is popular. However - if they are becoming so popular, then an upmarket styling is probably required for the family room.

I bought the vtech because my panasonic had fallen a few too many times. The vtech is just the right size for my pocket and seems to work very well! I was concerned when I read in one of the comments that it didn't have a flash button but it does it's the phone button. I'm very pleased with the VT9111.

I've had my red VTech VT-01-9111 900 MHz Cordless Phone for nearly 6 months now, and I love it still. Ergonomically, it fits in your hand, and gently hugs your ear. Clarity is excellent -- I've never had a problem. It has the standard options (phone number program, re-dial, etc.), but also let's you choose from 4 ring styles. And of course: the price is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have always been pleased with the used products from Amazon. This product was no different. We ordered the VTech phone on Sunday and recieved it 6 days later. The phone was in perfect condition and I was extrememly pleased with the service provided to me. I would definitly order from this person again.

What's with the "wind"????.......2003-03-28

First I had the blue one, then, thinking color would matter, got the dark green (but it is identical other than color). With BOTH of these, I had the phone for 6 months or so, and then, starting 5 minutes into a call, what can only be described as "wind" would start in the background (both I and the other person i was talking to could hear it). It would get louder and louder until you could not hear the person and it sounded like they were in a blizzard. This thing was on the charger whenever I wasn't on it (ie: all day when I was at school/work, and all night), so I don't get it. I bought a new battery, and it didn't make a difference. When it happened with the 2nd one i got (which was in a different city, so I know it wasn't my phone line), I'd had enough. All it is good for is a "ringer" that I could answer and run with it to my other bedroom phone. I can't explain it, but I'm not buying another one!!!

I like this phone because of it's modern, translucent appearance. It has several lights that flash to alert you that the phone is ringing, also you may set the ringing sound to whatever you like (similar to a cell phone).

The sound quality and range is excellant for a phone about its size. My only problem is that the caller ID is located on the base of the set instead of the portable handset. Aside from the caller ID location, the phone itself works just fine.

I had an aging Sony cordless and picked this phone up from Amazon. The price ($30) for a 900mhz phone is excellent. The handset fits well in my hand and between my neck and shoulder if I need to use both of my hands for a moment. The buttons are large and easy to push. Sound quality is good and I haven't experienced any cross-talk interference at all (we have 2 other 900mhz phones in the house.) The blue color is fun and matches my iMac. My only critique would be that the phone doesn't have a headset jack, but at $30, who's complaining?

Personal Recorder with an eye for the common geek in us all.......2007-06-17

This small, exceptional, gifted device is a life saver. Literally. I drive for a living and many times need to make notes to remember later. Writing and driving can lead to bad discussions with state employees who want to hand you pretty pink paper. This device saves all those moments and makes life SO much easier. You can record a LONG time on this little device. It takes each recording and puts a number for it. So the first recording you make is 1, the second is 2, and so on. You also get "folders." So you can have folder A, B, and C and have messages 1, 2, 3, under those folders. Then there is the easy fast forwarding of recorded messages to seek to the exact info you needed. THEN we get to the ability to download your recorded messages to the PC.

For the price it is hard to believe. I bought a refurbished one so I saved even more and the one I got looks (and works) like it is brand new. Very happy with this purchase and now I have backup to my pen and notepad, especially for when I am driving...

I am an author who gets the majority of her ideas during inopportune times. The voice activation feature means all I have to do is talk when my hands are soapy from doing dishes. The voice activation shuts off the machine when you stop talking (unless you bang some dishes and create more noise.) Voice Activation would be more accurately named "Noise activation."
Even though it looks as if it would be complicated, it's really simple to use.
The alarm feature is nice and even goes off when the unit is not on. When you hit the stop button when the alarm is going off, it plays the associated file you recorded.
It doesn't have an "OFF" button, instead it's called "HOLD." There is no extra little watch battery to "hold" the settings when you switch the battery, so this setting is necessary if you want to keep your settings. It doesn't seem to affect battery life much. I'm still using the battery it came with, no problem.
The main reason I got this model was because it hooked up to the PC; transferring my story notes to the story folder on my PC. I was expecting text files to come out, but it gave me .wav files. The software needed to download the sound files is the Olympus Wave Player, included on CD. It is for Windows 98/2000/ME/XP. I have ME and had no problem either with loading the software or downloading the .wav files from the recorder. The whole thing is smaller than my cell phone, yet people with large fingers don't dispair. The buttons are easy to use.

This item is as it says, a voice recorder. It however is not good enough for recording music. This software is good and the product is easy to use. Even though I sent it back I'm still giving it a four out of five because it did voice recording just fine, I needed something to record music.

Good little recorder.......2007-06-25

I bought this with an add-on microphone; however, the microphone on this has been so good that I haven't needed to use the add-on. Really, this is a great product; however, it doesn't work for Macs. At all. You really have to have access to a PC to use it. The software that comes with it is not great. It lets you easily make a .wav file; however, if you want to edit it you need another program. I use Audacity (free download) and love it. So, with a combination of downloading and transferring the .wav files to the PC and editing it on my Mac with Audacity, this podcasts my classes beautifully. I just wish that it was Mac compatible and had better software.
