I wanted a little camera that i could easly bring on vaction or to the mall. As i searched on amazon i came across the lil camera. i quickly purchased this for i had a trip in 3 days. it arrived proptly and worked well. the picture of sunny maine were so clear i could once more smell the mountain air. i printed out my pictures and left the camera on my desk. Shortly afterwards it had vanished. GASP! well, after several days of frantic seaching i discover my dog had become ill. I took him to the vet and he had tumor in is stomach as i return i found the camera on my bed. I must have moved when i was sleep walking. I took pictures of my dog. this is a buy that will help you through tought times. my dog is okay now! and i have my camera. i suggest the purchase of this camera and maybe a digital printer to. Its so small you could keep it in your pants pocket and no one would know it was there. And if some1 tells you "take a picture it'll last longer" you could and you'll always have the memories. thumbs up.

These are getting hard to find but they work really well. We have use 280 and 289 batteries for years on the farm. Only trouble is when they are outside in the cold and lose power more quickly. Once warmed up they work well.

Lasts all day on the ski slope!.......2000-03-08

I charge up the battery in the cabin overnight. I turn the radio on during the caravan drive to the mountain, ski all day with the earbud, and leave it on until we arrive back at the cabin. I have only seen it get below half charge once!

I saw this on Ebay while I was searching for a portable DVD player with Divx capability. This unit alledgedly plays NES rom files (roms are the information ripped from a game cartridge and reformed in a way that an emulator can read them) as well as Divx, Mp3 and a list of other things. Mainly I just want it for the NES games. But I doubt this is actually real, the sellers Ebay site had screencaps from various games the unit can play, of those games is Blaster Master and Bump n Jump. I don't know how anyone could get away with making this without getting sued into oblivion by Nintendo, but if it really is real, I WANT IT!

Not the best speakers, but they are very decent in sound quality. The only con is that the bass level is behind the bass and not in the remote control. But both satellites broke before reaching a year. But good thing the Logitech warranty covered it, and sent me a whole new package; even without me returning the used one.

Good quality, good price, good volume.......2005-09-14

The main reason I got these were that they were powered. I got a new laptop whose sound card or sound jack is, for some reason, very low-powered, so my old speakers weren't getting the volume I needed. These ones solved the problem:

I get good mids and highs with these. Base is a little low, but not so much as to make me unhappy. The speakers are convenient and work well on a desktop with limited space. I really like the volume control -- it's more convenient than the control on any computer speaker set I've owned in the past. And, most importantly, I'm getting the straight volume out of the speakers that I want. Now I can blast music to my heart's content :)

All in all, a great pair of speakers for the money.

these speakers are perfect for a computer or tv in a dorm room...not too expensive, definitely loud enough, and clear as day sound.

These speakers are really neat. I got them for $15 at an awesome deal, and I can't stop raving about them.

The only issue, however, is that if the input signal clips, the speakers just mute. This does get a little irritating at times, however, if you reduce the source volume, the problem is usually solved.

The sound is gud, however, it does hold an extra ounce of bass (Even when the bass control is all the way down). This can be corrected, again by modifying the input source (usually in the volume control panel), to reduce the amount of bass.

All in all, a great speaker set, with long wires and a great sound. Can be easily used for a group of 50-60 people
