Experiencing mechanical difficulties.......2007-07-25

For 8 months, this camera did what it was supposed to. Then the lens would not open. Sent back to Fuji under warranty and 6 weeks later, it was fixed. No issues for another 8 months, then sometimes the lens opens and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it will come into focus and sometimes it won't. This = missed photos or some blurry shots.
It was decent while it lasted, just bought a Canon.

Good for what its worth........2007-07-21

I have had this camera for about a year. It takes excellent pictures, but it does eat batteries and recently- it finally died. None of the pictures I now take come out. Sometimes they do and sometimes they have tons of thick white scratchy lines on them. This has never happened before. I always keep everything on automatic.

a350 fuji . I guess ok for price. .......2007-05-04

I bought a nice used fuji a350. IT's good for the most part. Software is good to use, if you know anything about draging highlighted stuff over to a folder. It took me some time to figure it out. The camera in the first few weeks, the telescoping lense somehow got cocked out of possition, and would not slide back in. I don't know if it was bumped or jumped gear? I very carefully, examined it, and did some chriopractic bone snap and got it back in place and seems to work now. The pics turn out nice for the most part. , but can be blurry probably due to movement?. Im not happy with very close up's, but maybe there is a manual setting?? You must stay away about 18 inches for it to not be blurry. The flash I think is alittle under-power, so night shots should be with normal talking distance. The Video mode sucks. sound and video skip about every 10 seconds. Sometimes making the sound off track of the video for quick split second or cuts out. I don't know if this is normal or is my camera bad? but im figuring from my research it very well could be normal for this model. But the video does come in handy if your not worried about little skips or missing words due to audio cutting as well. I dont like the delay when you take a picture. THis is my first real dig. camera, comming from a kodak dc20 win.3.1 type. so I will know what to look for when i get a different one, but for now, I think 5mp will be fine for my picture taking. Bring extera batteries.

i love this camera. so far its the best digital camera i've owned. the only problem with this camera is that it eats the batteries like crazy. Its best to buy rechargable batteries so that you dont spend so much money.

This camera is great, easy to use with clear results. We replaced a cheap digital camera that was not near as nice as this one. We are not professional photographers but wanted a good quality, easy to use camera for family photos and work needs as well. We love it. Its not one of those extraordinary cameras with all the doodads but if you are looking for straight forward, clear pictures, its great.

Panasonic is Still the Best.......2006-02-28

This recorder was purchased due to an early 80's model that just recently quit working. It would actually record what was playing on the radio with the same amount of quality you would get from a boombox. Anyway, I was not too suprised to see that Panasonic still makes a "recording" walkman. I know that name belongs to sony, but what else do you call them? This machine, unlike my older one, has external speakers that are suprisingly loud for such a small device. Additionally, it can record in 3x, so a 120 minute tape now lasts 360 minutes, or 3 hours on each side. I enjoy this feature for lectures, but it is not as good of quality for music as the 1x function. The only real drawback here is the station "drift". As you are listening to the radio, it will slowly move off of the station, and sometimes onto another one. I can't get it to stop. So if you are recording from the radio, you should babysit this one or else you will not record what you expected.

Returned item due to recording quality.......2005-09-10

I had high hopes after reading other reviews. I've recorded music using Sony tape recorders for over 30 years with fantastic results.... so expected similar quality. However, recordings of music from FM music stations turned out to be substandard, and recordings of guitar and piano practice were terrible. Considering that I would have needed to buy extras to run the recorder using electricity or to record in stereo, it wasn't worth keeping. Like others who reviewed this item, I was irritated by the lack of auto turn-off and lack of a counter. In its favor, the sound quality was good, but I was hoping to buy a stereo tape recorder for taping live music practice.

Horrible piece of machine!!
The rewinding motor is so weak, that it takes foreever to rewind, even using an AC adapter.
If Panasonic keeps making garbage like this, no wonder SONY is taking over the electronis market!!

I love my mouse. I don't use it with a laptop, but with a desk model.
You can use it fine while it recharges.. no problem. The rechargeable batteries last along time between needing to be recharged and I usually do it overnite while sleeping. You have to put your 'puter on standby to do the recharge.
You know when the batteries need to be recharged when the mouse cursor starts to move irratically or behind your hand movements. Love the way I just plug in the recharge cord and its done! Great little mouse. Feels comfy and moves smooth.
I am getting one for my husband for his desktop model for Christmas.

Doesn't work while recharging.......2004-09-13

I liked the idea of the wireless mouse with rechargable batteries (Logitech MX700); I hate using the fingerpad. I do encounter the sync/initialization problem on occasion, though sometimes it comes up working. This mouse has another serious flaw besides the sync problem: The mouse is unusable while it is being recharged. The mouse is recharged by hooking a power wire up to the USB port of the laptop. To charge the mouse, the laptop must be on and the mouse doesn't work while it is recharging so the port is wasted. Seems to me a better design would have allowed the mouse to be used as a corded mouse while it was charging.

Works Intermittently - Virtually No Good Docs -.......2004-03-09

I'm taking mine back. It feels pretty good and has a nice case, but stops communicating with the receiver frequently. When the computer starts up it doesn't recognize the mouse. There is a button at the bottom of the mouse which must be pushed to get the USB adapter to recognize the mouse. The button is too small to press by hand. So, MUST have a pen or pencil to push it EVERY time you start up your laptop. A real pain! You also have to push the button within a reasonable time on the USB adapter. Why should you have to do any button pushing at all. Poor design results in a less that useful product. Pay a little more and get a better wireless laptop mouse.

Poor recharging base.......2003-12-02

Well, this mouse didn't last long at my house. First, you have to charge the mouse for 8 hours before first use. Ok, I hooked that up. It worked for about 5 minutes before the green light (indicating that it is charging) starting flashing. Turns out the charger is broken. One of the contacts stopped making contact. Ok, this mouse is going back to the store. It is a standard sized mouse. The buttons seem ok, but since it never charged up, I can't say much more. Don't buy it.

Do not buy this Product........2003-11-09

When I turn the computer on I have to intiate the mouse, push and hold the button on the USB Connector. Then I have to turn the mouse over and do the same (You need a sharp object since the button is small and recessed). This also has to be done when the computer goes to sleep. It is much easier to use the touch pad. I am returning the item, even though I will have to pay shipping.
