This wireless antenna works very well and it was simple to install. I simply unscrewed the antenna on my wireless nic card and screwed the antenna connector in. My only problem was that the cord connecting the antenna to the nic is too short. It needs to have a few feet of cord.

I bought this antenna hoping that it would improve signal strength as they advertised 6dB on the box. The performance was worse than the original 2dB antenna that came with my wireless adapter. Back it goes.

I would have to agree with the majority of assessment of this product on Amazon: this product fails on every count.
1. Most significantly, product does not perform as described. Signal strength not "significantly improved." In fact, no change in reception at all. I have used this in my one-story home and in a café I work at with no effect whatsoever.
2. When there is a rebate, it is more trouble than it is work. [...]

...increased my signal strength, but only a little. I finally went out and bought a new Linksys wireless router with SRX200 and - guess what - it increased my signal strength as well - but only a little. In sum, I believe this antenna works as advertised. But I've learned a lesson: next time I'll simply purchase a repeater (but, too late now!)

How many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.

The PNY 64MB SD Secure Digital Flash Memory Card, like most 64MB cards, will store on average 71 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 53 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 32 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 25 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 20 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.

Exactly 2 years later after the previous review. Ive had this tv for years now.. probably 5 or 6 years.. And its still going strong. Im finally replacing it with a 30" LG Slimfit CRT..

This TV is the best bargain yet. All the a/v inputs plus the component AND an audio output.. I bought the TV for $200, minus $100 off $300 because it had a small crack in the side.. Never had a problem with it.. Absolutely the best tv i've had yet. Picture quality is stunning and rivals even the latest tv technology today. Im even a bit nervous i'll be disappointed with my next tv.

Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you get this TV.

The "Biggest Little TV" You'll Ever Get.......2002-12-01

I have had this TV for a little over a year now, and without question, it is an exquisite box. I had an older 20" RCA that only had a coax input, and I wanted to upgrade to a new set that had a lot of features. However, I have limited space. This TV has all of the "big screen" features you need in a 20" tube. THREE composite inputs, S-video input, and component input.

Immediately upon turning the set on, you can see a distinct difference in color richness while watching regular cable TV. But the real winning number of this unit are the inputs. Watching a DVD, even with one of the composite inputs, was INCREDIBLY clear. I was stunned. Using S-video is even better than that. I have my Nintendo GameCube connected to the unit using the component input, and games never looked better either.

The on-screen menu system (and how it interacts with the remote) is a bit complex, but fortunately most people won't be fiddling with those very much. This should not be considered a deterrant.

The remote itself is a bulky universal remote for TV/VCR/Cable. The buttons on the upper half glow in the dark, however that is essentially useless because the dark the numbers still can't be read in the dark (the numbers on the buttons should have been glow in the dark, not the buttons themselves.) But overall, the remote is a sturdy, quality piece. Far too many quality TV sets, even big screens, are bundled with cheap, bare-featured remotes. This is not one of them.

This Toshiba is getting 5 stars because it is the "biggest little TV" you could ever get. Shop around for the best price, as prices seem to be fluxuating greatly.

I bought this tv for my room. First of all this product is ALMOST flawless!!! I love the flat screen and I don't think that I will ever be able to go back to the domed screens. The video quality is excellent, expecially when you use the component AV inputs. This tv has so many inputs that you would never need more. I actually was looking at the Sony 20" flat screen tv, but it is 50 dollars more, and does not have component!!! What a waste of money!! The speakers are excellent. The only reason why i gave this a 4 instead of a 5, is because when you turn on the tv, there is a slight high pitched humming sound. It can get very annoying when you first set it up, but after a month, you get used to it. For the price i paid, i would not pass it up. Especially for the price they are offering it now.

The best 20" flat screen available.......2002-04-05

The Toshiba 20AF41 produces a beautiful, vivid and sharp picture with rich saturated colors and an amazing range of contrast. There are multiple video inputs including a color stream input for DVD connection. The provided audio output facilitates easy connection to an external sound system. For [the money], no one could ask for more.

I compared the Toshiba with the comparable 20 inch Sony WEGA and found the Toshiba picture to be clearly superior. This is the first time in 15+ years when I purchased a television not manufactured by Sony.

Now the criticism. The design and function of the Toshiba remote is poor with respect to its size, balance, and particularly, the placement of the controls and their specific functions. When holding remote, the volume and channel up/down buttons fall naturally under the thumb. However, the previous channel, mute and numeric keys for entering channel numbers directly are not clustered together and are difficult to reach. ironically, the controls that are clustered together such that they can be reached by the thumb without repositioning the hand and thereby changing the balance of the control are those associated with the control of a VCR.

You won't be disappointed with this set. ...
