Screen, Graphics and Sound
While this notebook is actually as wide as standard 15-inch displays, the high-definition, widescreen 14-inch display (1280 x 768-pixel resolution) has the same form factor as a 12-inch screen--taking up less space on your desk. Video is powered by the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900, which uses Intel Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) and provides up to 128 MB of shared video memory. The computer is ok, yet the picture, that was displayed in Amazaon and in the store that the Amazon webpage send me, is the picture of a different computer. That is wrong because when you are buying someting you want to know what it look like, not to base one's purchase in someting that's not the truth.

Rarely in life is one's expectations of a simple black telephone exceeded. Imagine my surprise when I found that this phone not only works, but you can talk and hear the other person talking! And as if that were not enough, they even announce that it is time to use it by having it ring when someone calls you. The fact that it is inexpensive, and will operate when there is a power outage, makes this almost better than having healthy children! I'm pretty satisfied, but I must now go, because I want to use that fabulous phone again!

Basic phone with minimal features. Handset is a little light and is not so easy to hang up when wall mounted. Could be a little smaller. Bought as a replacement for the basic Sony corded phone which has a better feel but is no longer available.

Great TV for the money!.......2002-02-08

First I wanted HD, then flat screen, but the money was just not worth it for me. So after looking at 36" TVs, I found this 35" RCA. You can't notice the 1" difference and the TV has a grea picture, good AV inputs/outputs and for the price, you can't beat it.

This is the 3rd RCA TV in my house (a 19", 26" and now 35") and I've never had a glitch. The remotes are great. Nice to look at and user friendly and the Guide+ is a free gift, great for those of us without Digital cable.

Lemon or poor quality.......2002-12-02

This answering machine has been a loser for us! The buttons are arranged so that we are constantly hitting something that mutes the conversation on the other end. We've had the phone two years and it needs to be replaced asap. It constantly needs to be recharged and gives you no warning it is out of juice - just cuts off on you! It hangs on the wall and not the piece that keeps it on the base is broken so we have to rig it to get it to charge. No more Panasonic products for us! To think I used to think they produced quality.

Best mashine in class.......2000-02-11

I tried out two other 900MHz phone/answering combos before buying this one: one from Sony and another from GE.

GE was ~$60 on sale and was good value for the money, but nothing to die for.

Sony disappointed me a lot - at the same price (~$80) it had less features and the sound quality was poor. Poor both in the phone - your own voice is echoing with static in the earpiece, and in the answering machine - recordings of quiet and high pitched voices are garbled to the extent that the words are hard to understand.

Anyway, this Panasonic beats any other competitor in features, design and sound quality. My only complaints are that the answering machine buttons are too small and I would like LED display better than LCD - to attract attention to new messages.

I bought the phone at Target - same price or better than Web-stores.
