HP Photosmart 3210 Meets Expectations.......2007-09-05

I have owned this printer for just a short time, but I am satisfied with its performance so far. It has a great sleek and solid look; all of the function keys are up front and accessible, as well as the slots for all of your media cards. I think you save money on ink cartridges because it has 5 separate color wells and 1 black inkwell. It prints at a very good speed and the prints are very good. I previously owned a HP psc 2510 Photosmart All-In-One Printer, which gave me a lot of headaches. I was somewhat leery of buying another HP printer, but I did, and so far I am happy I did.

Expensive mistake.......2007-08-04

I bought this for my wife Christmas 2006. It would not install on her computer. Couple hours with HP did not solve the problem. Could have, should have returned it but it sat for months. I installed it on my new computer recently and I get a notice that there is a problem with the scanner so that is unusable. Then every time I go to print something it says it is out of paper. Usually opening and slamming the paper tray back in will allow one print, but same problem every single time I try to print a page!?!@?!.

Only good thing to come out of purchasing this is the knowledge that a $100 printer works much better then a $300 one.

Only positive thing I can say about this printer is that it is fairly rugged. After picking it up and throwing it against the wall 4 or 5 times it still works like a piece of x?@!!x

After reading the reviews for this model it is an obvious gamble and a problem HP needs to recall.

Miserable Printer from the depths of Hell.......2007-08-01

This machine has brought nothing but misery since I purchased it. It continually experiences from paper feed problems which results in the machine eating up paper like a rottweiler.

But the BIGGEST problem is that the machine simply dies after a while, with the printer screen stating that there is an "ink system failure".

After speaking to HP who are useless with a capital "U", they were even baffled with this common problem. But what they are sure of is that if it's out of warranty they won't help.

For an extensive list of complaints about this printer, just head over to Amazon.co.uk and search for this product, where over 90 percent of the reviews complain about the same problem, yet HP still refuses to acknowledge there is anything wrong with this product.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE!

Load Paper Error.......2007-05-21

I used this printer probably 5 times over the course of the first couple of months that I owned it. After that period, paper no longer feeds and it constantly has the "Load Paper" error that so many others experience. It is virtually useless.

I've had a lot of printers (HP and otherwise) before, and this one I am very pleased with. Great colors and options and no problems. Wonderful All-in-one machine.

THE BEST ON THE PLANET!.......2002-03-17

These headphones are the best headphones I have ever owned. The bass response is so awesome you forget you're wearing headpones. I use them primarily with my Philips FR965 receiver and they get very loud but stay clear and distortion free. If you like to hear your music loud and clear, don't buy anything else. These are the best kept audio secret on the market.

Good camera, but dark photos if lack of light........2005-02-14

I bought this camera in May 2003. I selected it because was cheap, the partnership between Panasonic and the famous Leica sound reliable, and the resolution was enough to print 10x15[cm]photo. All meet expectation.
SD card memory (buy minimum 256Mb)and AA battery are good options when you travel in remote areas or for many days. The colors are very natural and the battery charger is good. The menu include option to disable the digital zoom and the compressed color mode. Tks! :)
The bad: dark photos if lack of light. Film mode has low resolution and is limited to 15 sec. No case included.

A Poor Man's Leica.......2003-01-07

The digital camera put out by Leica, The Leica Digilux 1, is a very impressive camera. The sales rep at the camera store told me that Leica partnered with Panasonic to develop that camera.

Surprise surprise! Panasonic comes out with an almost identical camera with the same exact Leica Lens that is in the Leica version.

The price is lower :-)

The biggest difference I can see from the spec sheet is:

Leica - Lightweight Magnesium Body (Believe me, it is lite)
Panasonic doesn't list this as a feature so I assume they don't have it.

Leica comes with a 64 MB SD Card
Panasonic comes with a 32 MB SD Card

They seem to be the only differences. I imagine these two points account for a bulk of the price differential.

If you want a Leica digital camera but don't want to pay the Leica price, then this would seem to be the way to go.
