The Basics

Hard Drive: The ATA-100 (Enhanced IDE) 40 GB (7200 RPM) hard drive is small in comparison with other desktop PCs in this price range, but it's understandable due to its classification as a business professional computer (where much data is shared and stored on networked servers).
Processor: The hyper-threaded 3.2 GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor is at the low end of the spectrum for this processor (as of June 2005). Its hyper-threading feature allows this single CPU system to behave in some aspects like a dual-CPU system, helping to deliver faster transistors and increased performance. It also features a fast 800 MHz front-side bus speed, which measures how fast a processor and the main memory communicate, and a 1 MB L2 cache. A Hyper-Threading processor helps a PC to run multiple demanding applications at the same time. This technology enables the processor to execute two threads (a part of a program) in parallel, boosting performance during key high-drain procedures. We have had this for almost 6 months now, bought it after we bought a 26 inch polaroid tv for the bedroom. Note: we got the 42 inch Polaroid MONITOR which needs a cable box, it is not a ready to plug in tv. We needed the cable box anyway for HD transmission where we are. I have to tell you we love it. My husband is now hooked on HD and the Polaroid was a superb value. Granted, we got it at Circuit City for under 1700.00!!!!! I don't know how we lived without it!

The best portable tape player i had.......2002-05-24

I got this Panasonic player back in April of 2000. Up to today I hadn't have any problems. I dropped more than 100 times already and still work perfectly. One of the beauty of this player is the battery life with one AA it can play up to 28 hours. INCREIBLE BUT TRUE. If u want a player to last u a few years I recommend u to buy this one.

the earphhones hurt your ears. If your going to buy this product buy a different set of headphones. These heasphones aren't adjustable they don't fit right on your head and the piece that goes in your ear has no cushion so they are uncomfortable.
