Bottom line, this is the best stand alone music (network) streamer on the market. Designed by nerds, for nerds, this device handles nearly any compression type that you throw at it. Good software with a good history of updates and improvements to work the kinks out. Sound quality is outstanding!! Attractive casing, well organized remote and menu system. VERY ATTRACTIVE display! You can do anything with it... lots of customization options. Once you have your music collection loaded into the software it navigates very quickly and seamlessly through it, offering many helpful search criteria.

Con - it takes a while to load a large music collection. Several minutes for every 1000 songs (approximately). No feedback during loading to indicate how close to completion.

Con - Only supports single music folder loading (and all subfolders). Would be nice to load several different drives without having to map multiple drives to one folder.

Don't hesitate to get this one. You will not be dissapointed!!!

Great Audio Product.......2005-08-24

The Squeezebox2 works as advertised, I had no problem setting up the wireless connection and installing the software on my Mac. The sound quality is great with my MP3 collection (not all decoders are created equally) and streams seamlessly.

I've installed and use media players before -- this one blows me away.

Incredibly easy to install. It literally took me 5 minutes to load the software from the internet, set up my wireless squeezebox, set up my Radio 365 VIP account, and enjoy.

The wireless works great, even in a part of the house that I was concerned would be too remote. The display is outrageously clear and easy to read, and all the connections are there already (whether you want to connect to powered speakers through a miniplug or your stereo system through rca plugs or an optical out). Very well designed.

After installing, I came right back to Amazon to order another one. This is a great way to have music throughout your house. For each room you want music in, get a pair of nice, discreet powered speakers (I bought a nice set where the small base unit hides neatly behind the curtain or the couch), attach the squeezebox and you are set for great background music during dinners and parties. The squeezebox software allows you to sync the players so they are all playing the same music at the same time. (Or have jazz in the living room and r&b in the family room).

WORKS AS ADVERTISED.......2007-04-24

I bought the Vivitar MagnaCam 1025x1 as a "refurb". I took it along on a roadtrip through the Salmon and Snake River country in Idaho last summer. Found the binoculars to be quite useful and netted around 50 photos that turned out to be real keepers. I was particularly pleased with some of the details the Vivitar Magnacam picked up on tall rock formations. My other digital camera just didn't have the lens. This camera is not for the family picnic or class reunion, but I could see a hunter, hiker, skiier or pilot finding lots of uses for the product.

Viewmasters are nicer.......2004-07-02

A large group of my co-workers and I each recieved this product as a gift (about 300 of us). Regardless of our individual gratitude levels, not one of us has had a single nice thing to say about the product. First and foremost it is a horrible binocular as well as a horrible digital camera. Secondly, many of us (not all) can't get the eyepieces close enough together to be able to see in stereo. Thirdly, the battery pack hits you in the nose when you put it up to your face making it impossible to get the unit close enough to your eyes to be able to look through the lenses. It's lightweight and cheap feeling. Not one of us has taken a single photo with it that has come out anything but terribly blurry. I wouldn't spend $1 for the product and would return it for a full refund if I had in fact purchased it myself. I'll be passing mine off as a gag gift at my next "white elephant" party. I pity the recipient.

This camera is excellent for tourists. Not good for taking close up family photos, unless you want them to pose at the end of the road :).

When the battery is finished all the images that is stored in the Camera goes, so beware.

I use this KVM to swap between a PC and a Notebook. Previously I was using an unpowered switch, but I would lose cotrol of the mouse each time I switched (unless I put the notebook in stand by). This product was exactly what I needed.
